1. Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Our membership is designed in a collaborative process where you are engaged for a year's worth of material. Some people get what they need after a few sessions. A commitment of at least 2 months is required.
2. How does your life coaching compare to traditional therapy?
I do not work with individual labels or diagnosis as we have all experienced some degree of trauma in our lives. I believe areas we become stuck and manifest in the physical or emotional body as a summons to integrate unprocessed material. I am able to help you access root causes of significant emotional events. You are able to utilize the skills taught on your own to bring transformation to your life. You are the co-creator of your life.
3. What if I want to purchase services individually?
Our membership offers a significant savings at $68 per month. If you are interested in only specific services you can purchase them ala cart at $50 per hour.
4. What if I am only interested in classes and workshops?
I offer weekly astro yoga and meditation classes in addition to monthly women's circle. These classes can be purchased separately at $10 per class or a membership of $30 per month.
